Job Description:
The Forklift Operator is a crucial part of the team at a concrete block manufacturing plant.  The Forklift Operator will pick block from the production line and stack at assigned places in the yard.  Additional responsibilities include:
  • Locating and moving stock for storage or shipment
  • Loading concrete block from stacks into yard onto flat bed delivery trucks
  • Identifying damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
The company is looking for a careful forklift operator to move product around our facilities. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving throughout the yard at a concrete block plant.  Prior experience working with masonry or building products is required.
You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency.
