In the current and future markets, significant attention is placed on control systems used in utility applications. The company is a US-made Energy Storage System (ESS) turn-key hardware and software supplier. Our Battery Management System (BMS), EMS and software development is performed domestically. Regardless of customers' battery system and balance of system country of origin, the company can provide control, communication and network security strategy security consistent with cyber security best practices and current executive orders.

Position Description:

The Remote Operations Center Operator responsibilities include: Standing watch in the Remote Operations Center and monitor all installed company ESS systems worldwide; Conduct data analysis to include power unit performance, capacity cycles, state of charge/state of health of batteries, battery pack voltages, and input work orders as appropriate or provide immediate notifications should abnormal situations arise; Adhere to ALL safety protocol and achieve or exceed goals, annually;  Follow all operating procedures/guidelines for the ROC Team and make recommendations for improvement; Learn critical skills related to field operations and maintenance to better understand onsite operations; Perform remote site commissioning and acceptance testing as needed to assist the onsite
commissioning team;  As directed by the Operation Center Manager, rotate to assist in various areas of the company operations, engineering, administration, and manufacturing functions to gain a broader knowledge of the company’s processes;  Provide security monitoring on a site-by-site basis; Provide troubleshooting and support to customers on as needed basis;  Support installation and commissioning of company equipment both remotely and in the field;  Provide feedback to product development and design engineering teams for hybrid systems; Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the company while driving profitability, efficiency, innovation, and growth.
