Position Description
Looking for: Mechanically inclined – Robotic Experience is a MUST. Mitsubishi & Fanuc is great. No electrical experience needed. Press Brake experience is a plus. Someone who has strong customer experience / Some sales experience, working with customers preferred. Software experience CAD/solidworks/Inventor, integration exp is a bonus. PLC is a bonus. Mechanical troubleshooting experience is a bonus.
Interaction with the press brake: Mostly interacting with the customer and the sales team. press brake. How the system is being drafted and drawn together. Verifying if a part can be formed or bent by a robot. We will teach press brake experience if you do not have it. How to operate the machine, use the controls.
Training: Depends on the candidates experience and what needs to be taught. Depends on their foundation. Do they know how to operate a PB? Have they used CAD? Do they have fanuc experience?
All of these pieces can be separately taught. OJT – On the job training for the most part.
NHO will take place here in EGV, IL – depending on their experience will determine what classes they will attend (robotic, fanuc, press brake, etc.) offline training for the software.
Will be provided access to the machine manuals/drive. Access to salesforces, P: Drive, V: Drive & S: Drive – all of them have their own functions & information
This is brand new position -> not replacing anybody. We are expanding on the need for servicing customer products.
Need a $5,000 credit limit or be provided Diners Club Card
Need a passport to travel internationally such as: Japan, Portugal, Canada and Mexico.
Hours: 9am – 5pm but may require additional hours dependent upon workload. (May have to take a 7am flight or you may have to take a 7pm flight (12hr Day)). Salaried position (no OT). Summers are generally slow but we haven’t had a slow season in two years.
Per diem for Traveling – Same per diem as Field Service. 30-35% to maximum of 50% traveling required.
Drive 15% - fly 85% rough estimate

You will not have to work holidays or weekends.
