Associate Sales Rep
Our client is a growing medical device company headquartered in Northern California. They make an innovative, evidence based, non pharmacologic neuromodulation platform. The company' s mission is simple: to help patients suffering from chronic pain. They are the pioneers of a new therapy that has advanced the state of spinal cord stimulation (SCS). The company uses high frequency. a unique waveform and a specific treatment algorithm to produce an industry leading therapy that is paresthesia free treatment proven to provide more pain relief in more pain areas. The pain relief system is FDA approved (2015) and is commercially available in the United States, Europe and Australia.
The Associate Sales Rep (ASR) provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products. Works to meet existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them to achieve their goals and meet patient/client' s needs. Exiting and former Military officers are encouraged to apply.
Promotes company products to current and potential customers within a defined region by providing clinical education of implant procedures and support for a variety of issues.
Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
- Provides follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications.
- Perform patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success with the implanted products. Develops and maintains business relationships with hospital personnel.
- This position requires driving and travelling to visit customers. In addition, the use of the telephone and keyboard on a daily basis. Carrying company equipment on trips will include laptops, chargers, brochures, as well as study related equipment, i.e. programmers, coils.
- Hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, surgical centers. Local travel depending on relative locations of customers.
