Starting with a heavy investment in research and development, their twin R&D centers provide the basis for new advances in glazing fenestration.
They turn around those fresh ideas into useful products that regular homeowners can use. We provide a turnkey solution to window manufacturers: whether it starts with insulating glass, coated, laminated, tempered or just plain float glass, it is all designed to provide the latest in applied glass science.
Title: Leadership Development Program
You will gain in-depth knowledge of our daily operations and understand how manufacturing teams interact as you proceed through key rotations. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be qualified to lead a front-line team at any one of our manufacturing facilities.
The program is broken down into 6 phases consisting of: Factory, Systems and Performance Management, Product, Customer, Management, Refinement/Company Education.
The program will consist of training in multiple facilities. Your leadership skills will give you the opportunity to follow your career to one of our 37 facilities in the U.S. Therefore, upon completion, a willingness and ability to relocate is required.
Compensation & Benefits
A highly competitive base salary plus bonus potential and profit sharing. Each month, employees can earn a substantial profit sharing based on plant performance. Profit sharing is paid in cash and in the form of a 401(k) contribution. Company offers a comprehensive corporate benefits package to include major medical, dental and 401(k).
