The Virtual Recruiter will source candidates for our high profile client companies that represent the Fortune 500 to small and mid-cap growth clients across the country. Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of high volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment with time to fill expectations
- Track record of recruitment performance with documented results.
- Experience in the candidate sourcing process (understanding position requirements, sourcing talent, screening, resume review and presentation, confirming requirements with candidates, and presentation of candidate as an internal submission to the Account Executive)
- Strong team player who demonstrates interest and ability in contributing to the recruiting team success
- Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in the workplace
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably BullHorn
- Ability to source from various recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
- Demonstrated performance working in a remote/virtual environment
