Job Description: 2nd Shift (3-1130pm) $2 Shift Differential
Under general supervision our TIG Welders fabricate stainless steel assemblies for food packaging equipment. We work mainly with 16ga up to ¼” stainless steel. Welders fabricate and weld in their own work station with all consumables provided.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble components to strict tolerances and standards.
- Food grade welding and grinding.
- Safe operation of machines and tools.
- Perform any assembly-type functions using hand or power tools.
- Operate equipment needed to perform the job.
- Follow workplace safety standards.
- Assist team members if needed to meet daily production goals.
- Assist in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Ability to communicate.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Certificate in welding from accredited school preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints.
- Welding hood and work boots required.
- Good mechanical ability and manual dexterity are essential (able to stand for long periods of time).
- Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds at varying frequencies.
- Capable of adhering to Standard Work.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
